Mind Play
So I stumble in to your life, thirsty for heat
soft lips welcome me, my heart skips a beat
endless conversations, longing for more
passionate poems written to you, opening new doors

suddenly, with no clear sign you bring me down, deep under
you leave me yearning for answers, make me cry and ponder
sensetive thoughts replaced by confusion and long dreams of your past
do not understand why people, strangers never seem to last

and so I ask why it is my head is just a toy to you, a puzzle of some sort
a meaningless magical kiss which we shared now seems so fake, time is running short
tell me now what will it be or let me go
do not hold on to a fragile soul unless your willing to let your feelings show..

Mountain Top
in this precious evening moment we stare
the moon beam melts through the distant clouds
the scent of a sweet tender touch fills the air
and as I look into your eyes, my chest trembles..

whispering soft words of love and passion into your ears
tomorow will be full of laughter, smiles and empty of tears
streams of beauty will flow through our eyes, our hearts
sunrises to be shared, true romance which will never keep us apart..

your ocean is so clear, engulfs my warm sandy shores
mountain tops all around us now, high above the world we are
cuddled with soft embrace, I wrap my arms around your body
snow melting on the old wooden roof, bright fire reflected in your eyes

so lets stay like this till the morning birds sing our tune
no reason to run or hide, yet more reasons to believe, stay..

In Your Presence
as far as the thunder roars through the hills
your eyes, your smile, my spine shivers with chills
melting lava cascades beneath my chest, down under
a simple wish fulfilled, as I lay down, I begin to ponder..

our past matters not, only this moment will stay so clear
in our hearts we will feel, tomorow will soon be here
emotions run wild, the sky brightens with firey lights
in your voice the future is full of harmony, deep nights.

a friendship will form, a foundation to be built for more
I will be patient as the key we sculpt will open both our doors
so be with me for just this moment, believe in simple essense
and if tomorow eventually comes, this poem will shine in your presence..

Amore
I fell in love on that day with a pure soul and heart
lava pools on fire within, I swear we will never be apart
inhaling your beauty, your deep desire, eyes breathe
sweet fragrance in the air tonight, brings me down to my knees
the evening's fog tries to clear, the tide quitetly rolls in
water flows all around us now, traps us in this dream
the essence of a child, the widom of an old man is in me
so I listen to your beating heart down below, so late at night
all I know, believe, that what we have is is oh so tight
and as we wrap our bodies together into a perfect circle
I promise to always be there, but when I'm not, don't forget the turtle...

Tears of Joy
Your heart so tender, your soul aching for a rare kind of light
in my eyes I find the answer, such sweet glow in the stars tonight
you tell me you have been waiting, been searching for this new hope
darling, don't look any further, I'm here to stay, to show you the ropes
I would not trade any piece of my past for this, there is just no way
living for the moment, living in an old vision, I feel crazy happy on this day
there is no telling what will be, although the forcast calls for clear blue skies
together we will see, and if we believe, it will for sure show in our eyes
so lets go and sail into the setting sun, to a place so beautiful, and full of care
passionate nights to come, days full of thrill and laughter for us to share
I want you to know that what I feel is pure and true, empty of fears
so please believe and then you too perhaps will shed these joyful tears...

Desire
Beating heart, her smile so clear im my mind
not too sure why or how it seems to kind
taking it nice and slow, feeling so warm and right
letting her soft breeze fill up my lungs, such happy light
I want so much to thank her, and show her what I am made of
fears escape me, I gather up my courage, welcome love
do not want to shed tears tonight, just want this to last
mesmorized by her blue eyes, long light hair, newborn kind of heavenly wonder
do not want to wake up from this vision, yet I still sit and ponder
could this be, will this finally be true to me I ask with faint desire
all I know, all I can wish for, please don't dim this beautiful burning fire...

Attitude
The Longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude, to me, is more important than education, than money, than circumstances,
than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do.
It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill.

It will make or break a company... a church... a home.

The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we embrace for
that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people act in a certain way.
We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one thing we have,
and that is our attitude...

I am convinced that life is 10% of what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it.

And so it is with you... we are in charge of our ATTITUDES.

my heart breaks when i'm near you
when we are apart it hurts then too
no matter what i do
i feel the pain and heartache
when will you be mine?
how much longer must i wait?
you are like no one i've met
when we're together, it seems like we connect
you hold the key to my heart
yet i odn't think you even know

i try to go on and forget
