Editor's Note: I completely forgot how badly I wanted to make this video, until I was burning some CDs this weekend and found this song in my files at the same time that Lost Boys was on! Now it's up just in time for The Hive this week. It's the longest video I've made, and there were some tricky parts, but overall I had a really good time making it. It's also unintentionally a little McKay-centric, but it's only because I have a McKay addiction. ;-)

Editor's Note: This was the first vid I ever made, and was born out of the conversation I had with my dad during the first airing of Rising, in which we both made fun of the show because we thought the whole thing was ripped off of the original Star Trek. Thank goodness I kept watching the show, or I really would have missed out! I lost half this vid when I cleaned up my files, but I think now that I've redone it and have a little more experience, it's a bit better than it was before.

Editor's (really long) Notes: Yay, another Weezer song! Weezer just screams McShep to me, I don't know why. Also, this is the longest and most difficult vid I've ever done to date, but it is also one of the most satisfying. Personally, I felt that by Inferno, the trust issues between McKay and Sheppard had been resolved. This vid sets out to track how that trust was redeveloped, and so I actually had to explore that in a narrative-like way in the vid.

The story is basically this: Sheppard and McKay are best buddies, then after the events of Trinity, McKay sets out to regain Sheppard's trust whatever way he can. Although Sheppard doesn't make it easy for him at first, McKay doesn't give up, going to whatever lengths necessary to prove his loyalty and friendship. Finally, Sheppard realizes that Rodney has more than proved his trustworthiness, and they live happily ever after.  :-) Also, the first clip I included because it is so great at showing what spurred McKay on in his little crusade, and the last clip is included because it is the exact moment at which I thought, "Huh, Sheppard really trusts Rodney again!" Of course, I grinned goofily and did a happy dance!

Also, my DVD of Epiphany imploded while in my DVD drive, so I "borrowed" the epiphany clips (without permission) from OBFreak's wonderful vid "Left Outside Alone" until I can get a hold of another copy of Epiphany, then I'll update this vid. I finally finished it, and I find it highly amusing, but I don't know if that's just due to my own demented sense of humor or not. Seriously, this is probably not only my favorite video I've made yet, but also my most popular. Editor's Note: This started out to fulfill a request from Purpleyin to do a McWeir video, but it turned into a "reawakening" of my McWeir shippy vibes. I now have two more McWeir vids in the works, as well as a couple fanfics! This vid took forever for me to do, because my vid program crashed for about a month, and by the time I got it fixed I just wanted the vid done and posted, so there's a few artifacts and I'm not completely satisfied with it, but now I'm done and can move on to other things, like more McWeir vids! Editor's Note: I am so on crack...I fairly agonized over which turtle personality fit best with which SGA character, because Rodney is sarcastic (Raphael) and a scientist (Donatello) and John is the leader (Leonardo) but also likes to surf and is a bit of a goofball (Michaelangelo), so in the end I figured Teyla had the whole "serene and serious" attitude of Leo, and Ronon had the "angry outsider" thing of Raph going on, so I stuck with Rodney as Donny and John as Mikey, so there ya go. (And yes, I still remember their nicknames, how sad is that?) To truly understand the lengths of my boredom and patheticness, the full-size version of the opening graphic can be found here, because the video just doesn't do its lovable crapitude justice. ;)

Editor's Note: I actually heard this song while flipping through radio stations on my way to my grandparents' house, and I immediately knew I wanted to make this vid. Because seriously, there's a bajillion ships in Atlantis fandom, and if all our dreams came true then the Atlantis crew would be doing nothing but snogging all day every day and the Wraith would take over earth, so we shippers deserve to be mocked a little bit. ;) Don't get me wrong, I'm a rabid shipper, so I'm mocking myself here too, probably moreso than anyone else since most of these seem to be my prefered ships. Really, I tried to make this as objective as possible, and include the most popular ships, but there's just too many to choose from. Bonus points if you can figure out the ship(s) I *don't* personally prefer.
