What's New:

(5-17-06): Summer is almost here, which means it’s a great time to start fundraising! We will be doing several summer fundraisers, including car washes, yard sales, and maybe even a day of lawn care. Below is a list of items we will need to get these fundraisers up and running:

• Biodegradable/environmentally friendly soap

• Buckets

• Sponges

• Nozzles for hoses

• Squeegies/towels

• Materials for making signs

• Flyers to distribute to local businesses

• Any items that might sell at a garage sale, such as furniture, appliances, toys, dishes, utensils, and clothes

• Stickers to price items

• A cash box

• Tables and plastic tubs to display items

• Trucks and/or vans to transport large items to the garage sale site, as well as some strong volunteer “movers”

• Also, anyone who is willing to generate publicity by calling newspapers and radio stations, writing a press release, or helping to organize these events in any way

• Anything else you think may be beneficial or that I may have forgotten to include
