| On Saturday 25th of February the band took part in the Glasgow Battalion band contest, in what is a annual event in which the band participates, The band takes part in two competitions, the Bugle and Trumpet class and the open class.This year the band retained the trophies taking 1st place in both the Bugle and trumpet class and Open class. Thats not all the band also recieved the award for the best Drill and Deportment. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
