| Tool Rental Agreement |
1. You will return the tool, in good working condition to me with 7 Days of receipt. 2. All tools are required a deposite (you will see the amount of depoiste on each tool) to insure any damage and other mishanlding. 2A. . When you returning the tools, please insure the tool package for at least $500 US dollars for the 944 belt tenersion gauage or $150 for the BMW tools and others in the proper amount, in case for any damage in while in the shipping process. 3. If you break the tool, or any part of the tool package, you will be charged for the replacement of a new one. 4. The tool package is sent on a first request, first receipt basis. You will be notified by me when the package is ready to be shipped to you. 5. In no way will you hold me (LEI CAI) or anyone else at all except yourself for the incorrect use of the tool, resulting in any kind of damage to your car, or any car you're working on. Use this tool package or any tool are at your own risk!!! 6. You will use only the calibration bar (9201/2) and allen wrench (1.5mm) provided to adjust the tool if necessary. 7. While the tool package is in your possession, you are responsible for it . If it gets stolen, broken, etc. You will be charge of full amount up on the tools you rent. (see renting detail on each tool and vaule insured). 8. You will ship the tools in the same packaging material it was sent to you in, unless given prior approval for the new material by me. 9. Once you read and agree the agreement up above please copy and paste to send me an eamil to confirm that you had read the agreements. |
