Webster, N.Y. 14580

Welcome to Webster, Where Life is Worth Living.

That is the motto that would greet you if you were to visit the thriving suburb that I call home, being painted on the welcome signs and all. There is not much to say about Webster, so I will try and describe it all to you in more that 3 sentences.

The Webster Central School District. This is where I spend my time over the summer working 40 hours a week in the buildings and groundskeeping department. It is makes for an interesting job, because what I do varies daily. We do everything from weedwhack to making baseball fields - all at taxpayers expense.

My house. My house is in Webster, which is why I bother to explain this town at all. It is a nice yellow house and has enough room for us all to live somewhat comfortably inside. I will say nothing more of it now.

It (as opposed to Houghton) has a McDonalds, more than 1 gas station, a Burger King, supermarkets, a bowling alley, a movie theater, convenience stores, restaurants (notice the plural) and many other shopping establishments.

Here is a map of Webster, courtesy of Mapquest.com.

I have marked important areas on the map for you to get a general feel for the town.

Legend:

Dark Blue - Ghetto

Green - Suburban Ghetto

Yellow - Upperclass

Red - Farms

Light Blue - Normal Citizen Area

Black - Slums

We have a little bit of everything here.
