TACTICAL COMMAND
The
Strategy for Takeover. - Plan A
The attack
on Russia has not yet been set for a date, however, when that time comes, you
will be informed. I have decided upon a multifaceted assault, as it will (obviously)
be harder to defend against. These plans are outlined below:
Phase 1 -
Subversion of Government
The
easiest way to gather inside intelligence is through a complex spy network. RR
(Russian Revolution) Operatives will prepare by learning Russian to speak well
in a forein country. They must befriend local politicians, making themselves
out to be merely random, caring Americans who want to help the mother country.
Our comrades will be able to send back information regarding the moral of
citizens in various cities and villages, giving us a general idea of where we
can gather support for a revolution. Furthermore, any political gains on the
side of RR Operatives will give us access to a much wider base of people and
information.
Phase 2 -
Propaganda Warfare
To gain
the disgruntled citizens' approval and support, new RR Propagandists will be
sent in to propagate the Russian Revolution as a cause, gaining as much support
as possible. With the citizens on our side, the government will be forced to
make concessions to our political agenda, ushering in Phase 3.
Phase 3 -
The Political Ring
Hopefully,
RR Operatives will have infiltrated the somewhat new democratic, capitalistic
government Russia has transitioned to. At any rate, with the creation of a new
political party run by our faction, and aid from other infiltrated political
parties, our government faction, can begin to usurp power into our own hands,
until controlling the nation.
Phase 4 -
Armed Combat
In most
cases, a subversive takeover does not come without resistance. It is irrational
to ignore the possibility of opposition during Operation Domination. In such a
situation, precautionary measures must be taken. With all luck, the armed
forces will be on our side, and handle any dissident citizens.
The Strategy
for Takeover - Plan B
In the
event Plan A fails, and the Russian Military is Anti-Revolution, RR forces may
be compelled to move in with force.
Phase 1 -
Operation Dehabilitation
RR
Guerrillas will be called in from surrounding European nations and will use
forms of guerrilla warfare to sneak in and capture the capital building in Moscow.
