We can tell you right now that Jamie Kennedy will never really get his big break. Look at his face--that's a face meant to play the goofy best friend, which is precisely what he did in his most notable role, as horror movie expert Randy Meeks in the Scream series. Even after being murdered in the second film, he still managed to show up by way of video in the third movie, to warn Neve Campbell and the gang about all the slasher movie mistakes that could lead to their imminent demises. "Never say 'I'll be right back' because you won't be back."

All of Jamie Kennedy's major films, like the Scream series, As Good as it Gets, and Enemy of the State, have all featured him in secondary roles or less. Meanwhile, his starring roles have been in movies like Starstruck, Sparkler, and The Specials, all of which are the types you're more likely to see at Sundance than at your local theater (meaning you've probably never seen them). However, like Jack Black, even though he doesn't have the looks of a teen idol, his performances in all of his movies, big budget or otherwise, have been consistently strong and always memorable.
