The nation plans to showcase their war games to the Heartland Region.

In parliament today the government, supported by all the major parties, passed motion allowing for regional members to participate and observe the naval war games put on by the PopularFreedom navy in the Great Ice Sea every 3 months.

'These games are of major pride to our armed forces...'

-Prime Minister Bayda in regards to inviting outside forces to the games for the first time.

Though some question the sincerity of the invitation, in that it comes just 2 weeks before the games begin, Prime Minister Bayda was confident that some naval forces would be able to join in in the exercises.

'We want this invite to be small, so we sent invitations late, we only want a few to attend as that way to ensure all things are taken into account.  In September we expect the entire region to join and by then we assume all the kinks will be worked out in the June exercise', noted the Prime Minister.

The games have been a military tradition for the city states of PopularFreedom for some time now.  The Prime Minister further noted that, 'these games are of major pride to our armed forces, they put city fleet verses city fleet so you can be assured that the citizens will again be watching to see who wins the exercises this quarter.'

Some ships from the PopularFreedom navy are already on their way to the Great Ice Sea for the war games on June 1st.
