JOURNALIST FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST MILITARY, NATIONAL RAILWAY.
Claims, 'left for dead', on trip to Uranium Falls.

The national military along with the Trans-Continental Railway (TCR) have been named in lawsuit filed by journalist Kera Tamu in Viscount Bennett yesterday. In her lawsuit, Miss Tamu alleges that she was removed from the train by force and landed in a swamp, 'full of crocodiles'. She is seeking an unspecified amount for stress and assault. ________________________________________ '...you have to wonder how credible the lawsuit is given it was filed on a Sunday...' -spokesperson for the TCR. ________________________________________ A spokesperson for the military could not be reached as of this writing though someone for the TCR noted that, 'this is a frivolous lawsuit by a out of work reporter. You have to wonder how credible the lawsuit is given it was filed on a Sunday. It is not even worth my time in dealing with'. When asked about the accusations that her lawsuit from frivolous, Miss Tamu noted no comment. |
