| 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T SE 383 Auto Un-Restored |
| This is my car, and is one of my favorites cars I've ever owned 'and there's been many'. These pictures are from when I first purchased the car in PA. This car originates from Nevada and spent most of its life there, hence the great condition. It wasn't until 2000, when a collector purchased the car from its second owner and brought the car to Chryslers at Carlisle for re-sell. I remember the first I saw the car and I said to myself then, if I ever get the chance to own that car, I would love to have it. What I didn't realize was, I would get that chance exactly one year later. The man who purchased the car decided to retire and buy a mobile home and cruise our great countryside, so he decided to put the car up for sale. He drove the car from his house in PA to Carlisle on Saturday and I was the first to look over the car and strike a deal. I sold my 71 HEMI 4 spd Roadrunner on Friday and brought this car on Saturday in July 2001. I drove the car home at the end of the weekend and have been enjoying the car ever since. |
| This is an un-restored mostly all original White R/T SE 383 Challenger. It has a plentiful aray of options, which really makes it a joy to drive just about any where you would like to go. Some options include; power brakes, power steering, air conditioning, leather, 5 speaker premium sound system, cruise and more ...The car has over 100K miles on it, but you would never know by how she looks. It has over 80% of its original paint and is vertually untouched in most other areas. The chrome, vinyl top, carpet, seats, dash, head liner, spare tire, trunk mat are all original to the car. By the way, this is also a pretty fast 383, it certainly surprised me, I really love the car and can't see myself selling anytime soon. |
| These last few pictures are from a local show at Holley Dodge in Middletwon, CT I have put over 2000 miles on the car and I have only owned the car just over a year, I guess you can say I like the way it drives. |
