I recently made the move to California from Texas. What a change! I knew there was a reason I didn't like Texas so much, lol. It is so darn beautiful here in the Napa Valley, and the coast is simply gorgeous! The Sierra's took my breath away when my fiance took me there!
I am a mom of two wonderful sons Jeff and Scott. Last year Jeff was taken from me at the young age of 21. He is now in Heaven looking over me and Scott. He will remain in our hearts and memories forever.
My fiance Perry, is the most wonderful man in the world. He does everything in this world to make me happy. He has helped me so much in this past year through the most difficult time of my life. I am so thankful that he is part of my life. We will be married after the 1st of the year.
I was born and raised in Maryland, and have 3 brothers and a sister. Mom recently moved in June to a new place and she is still trying to get used to it there. She just turned 85 in October and I can't wait to see her when we visit over the Christmas Holidays. I love her with all my heart and have missed her soooo much!
I like to read, mostly thrillers, LOL...but haven't done as much as I like lately. I also love the outdoors, and California sure has a lot of it! I hope to see much more before we move back to Maryland in the spring of next year. Who knows, I might even learn to be a better fisherwoman *wink*!
I also love flowers, and Perry keeps me well supplied! But I sure do hate chopping out the weeds in the garden! Roses are my favorites, but any one will make me smile! Oh yeah and I do like to chat on the net.
