I _____________________________________ want to place a deposit or pay in full on puppy(____________) in the amount of $__________________. I am purchasing the puppy with full FCI registration. I fully understand that this is a NON-Refundable deposit. I will be paying by Postal money order or wire. If for any reason I cannot complete the transaction by the time the puppy is ready to leave, then I default. I understand that the puppy I placed a deposit on will be offered to the next available person on the waiting list. All puppies must be paid in full at least one week prior to shipping.

GUARANTEE FOR 72 HOURS
THE SELLER GUARANTEES A HEALTHY COMPANION PET, BUT DOES NOT GUARANTEE FITNESS FOR BREEDING. NO REFUNDS ARE MADE. WE WILL ONLY REPLACE THE PUPPY WITH ONE OF EQUAL VALUE QUALITY. THIS GUARANTEE APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL BUYERS AND IS NONTRANSFERABLE TO A SECOND PARTY.
1.) We guarantee that the puppy is in good health and has received appropriate medical innoculations and wormings. We will provide the Buyer with a written report detailing all of the treatments the puppy has received.
2.) If the puppy is not found sound by a vet within 72 hrs, this must be attested to in writing to us by the Buyer from two unassociated veterinarians.
Popesbulldogs must be notified with 6hrs of the findings.
We will provide the Buyer with a replacement puppy as soon as one is available of equal quality. Buyer is responsible for all fees to ship new puppy.
All expenses and shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer for return puppy/dog.
3.) Veterinarian expenses incurred by the Buyer, for any reason, will not be our responsibility.
TEMPERAMENT
4.) Buyer should attend obedience classes with the puppy and provide proper socialization opportunities for the puppy.
5.) We shall not be held responsible for acts of the puppy, which are due to Buyers negligence.
BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyer agrees to bring the puppy to his/her licensed veterinarian within 48hrs of ownership.
Buyer agrees to provide puppy with all preventative care and follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings and any other healthcare maintenance the veterinarian may suggest.
If the TERMS and CONDITIIONS are NOT fulfilled, this contract will be VOID.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Indiana. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be (Shelbyville), Indiana.
