Ottoman Empire:
        Military:
        Max Army: 400,000
        Standing Army at 1791: 175,000
        Infantry: 125,000 ---------Quality: 7/10
        Cavalry: 50,000 -----------Quality: 8/10
        Cannon: 300 ---------------Quality: 6/10
Overall: 7/10 Reasons: The Ottoman Turks had one of the best infantry forces in Eastern Europe up until this time. The elite Jasinaries, fanatical Islamic slaves who were trained from birth to be warrios, were the most feared unit on the battlefield in Eastern Europe around the 1600's. However, the government at Istanbul was corrupt and soon so were the Jasinaries. The elite warriors quickly took on the look of the Roman Legionaries of ancient times, launching revolts and openly disobeying the Sultan. Thier numbers shrank down to just a few thousand by the late 1700's, where they are now. Turkish cavalry is the best in Eastern Europe, making use of raiding tactics to lure thier enemies in the desert then overwhelm them with thier numbers.

Navy:  6/10  The Turkish navy is small and very outdated when compared to those of the West. It's main area of operations being the Eastern Medeteranean.

Economy: 7/10  Istanbul sits on the most used land route to Asia, making it a center for trade. However, the land route to Asia isn't bringing in the vast profits as before because sea routes can't pay the heavy Turkish tolls.
