| CONDOM USAGE FOR MEN WHO HAVE SEX WITH MEN (MSM) DOS AND DONTS DOS 1. Check for the expiry date on the condom before usage. 2. Carefully remove the condom from its packet. Be careful not to snag the condom. 3. Make sure that the condom is in the right way round. Wait till your penis is erect before putting on the condom. If you are uncircumcised, remember to pull back the foreskin before putting the condom on. 4.With one hand, you should pinch the condom by the teat or close end, squeezing out any trapped air. 5.Still holding the tip of the condom, use your other hand to unroll the condom down the full length of your penis. Make sure the condom go down rolls down as far as it will go. Smooth out any air bubbles. 6. Apply plenty of water-based lubricant over the condom and on your partner�s anus. 7. During sex, check from time to time that the condom is still in one piece. Apply more water- based lubricant during sex if necessary. 8. Soon after ejaculation, withdraw your penis whiles it is still erect by holding the condom firmly in place. Remove the condom only when your penis is fully withdrawn. 9. Dispose of the use condom hygienically. Wrap the condom in a tissue and place it in a bin. (Do not flush it down the toilet). Remember only use a condom once. DONTS: 1. Don�t ever forget your condoms. Get them when you are going to the parties, night clubs or places you know there is going to be �action�. 2. Don�t store condoms on sunlight, heat or damp. 3. Don�t have sex without re- lubricating your condoms again and the anus of your partner. 4. Don�t ever use oil- based lubricant to reduce the risk of the condom tearing. E.g. baby oil, or Vaseline, these rot the rubber and make the rubber and make the rubber tear. 5. Don�t wear two condoms at the same time, as this does not increase the safety. 6. Don�t use condoms more than once. 7. Remember to dispose condom hygienically, wrap it in tissue and place it in a waste bin. Do not flush it down the toilet.
