Show Program

I hope everyone received their copy of the Show Program. THANK YOU to everyone who helped, sold ads, or ran ads. It truly helps the club!! I think it looks good (but I am a little prejudice!). Printing Plus of Beresford, SD, does a really nice job of printing the programs for us. I think the sponsors get a nice showcase for their ads! Thank you, again, to everyone!!

SD Horse Fair

Was well attended. In case you missed it, Frank Holmes is putting out a book on the Appaloosa Legends. Looks like a good book! If you need an order form for the book, I can send you one or you can order them from the National Club.

Black Hills Horse Expo:
|
|
The Northern Black Hills CASA program is sponsoring a Horse Expo in Spearfish at the Seven Down Arenas May 24. They have a full day of clinicians planned plus an Equine Extravaganza at night. Pride of the Prairie will be sponsoring an Appaloosa booth. The space is limited but we will definitely have our show program available for distribution! Hein Appaloosa Farm will be sponsoring the booth so there will be no charge to the club. If you need more information, please contact Ann.

BOD Meeting

Will be in May. We will be discussing the Prairie Classic. If you have any suggestions or input or would like to attend contact Stephanie.

7th Annual Prairie Classic

- Enclosed is a show bill. Please feel free to post where necessary.
- If you know of someone who needs a show program, let me know and I'll send them one.
- If you'd like to help out with the show, please let Ann or Stephanie know as soon as possible. We can always use help!! We have a variety of jobs to fill. Let us know what you are willing to do and when you are available. If you know of non club people who would help, please let us know. We are looking for an announcer for the show.
- There will be a White Elephant auction at the show. If you have something to donate, please bring it to the show.

Thank you to Barb Keenan for all the help she given the club as a member of the Board of Directors. Barb has resigned effective March, 2003. At the March Board of Directors' meeting, Steve Hein was elected to fill her term. His term will run through November, 2003.
