What Was Really Going On Back Then
See, there was never a God. People did worship something though. It was the sun. No, not the son of God the SUN.
You got to understand how big this misunderstanding was because if people don't realize the error of the their ways then,
like the old adage says:
"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it..."
(Of course they were talking about the holocaust in this quote, but I think that it applies.)
And they will never realize how out of control this whole Religion thing got.
People were worshiping the Sun because it is what it has been since the beginning of time:
The only thing anything, anybody or anyone can depend on.
It rises at the dawn and sets at night.
That and taxes... But you can't rely on them, they aren't as old as the Sun.
But people blew it out of proportion and couldn't take it for face value. It had to be more than a big ball of fire in the sky, so they turned it into this big guy that gave you life and if you messed with him you were dead...
