9/11 Conspiracy Theory
I became aware of an interesting conspiracy theory the other day while riding in the car of an acquaintance. He began to ramble as he often does and said something along the lines of the Government was really the ones behind the whole 9/11 incident.
I listened contently as I heard his plans and what he believed happened and the evidence to support his thesis. It turns out it's not that far fetched as it first sounded, unexplained. In fact he made some valid points that I couldn't argue with.
He started off by saying that the "towel-heads" that "hijacked" the planes were not really "towel-heads", they were American born and raised and the Government brainwashed them into doing what they did.
He then went on to say that the anthrax controversy was also orchestrated by the Government. That the particular stand of anthrax that was found in the letters to such political figures was really a special strand that only existed in labs throughout the US and special formulated by the Government for possible chemical warfare.
Now, you may be asking yourself what I asked myself at this point... Why? Why would our Government go out and kill thousands of citizens?
Well, that answer was simple too. As I noticed about what is happening now with Iraq and the UN Weapon Inspectors is very similar to what happened just over a decade ago.
We started with Iraq last time because another country asked us for help in exchange for cheap, cheap oil after being invaded by Iraq. This time our ally is asking for help and we are giving in. But was this planned? Maybe.
Now, let me take a more direct approach to answering the question in case you didn't get those subtle hints. It's a simple thing really. WAR. The United States Government wanted a reason to start a war.
There are a couple of things that just don't add up with all of this though...Why did our own government kill our family and friend in the World Trade Center, Pentagon and through viruses? To start a war? I don't think so. Every time there has been a war there has been a reason. There has yet to be a time in history where there was a long period of time without a war. People are prone to it and the government knows this. Sooner or late.
But let me play the Devil's Advocate here for a second (I mean Bush's side). First, Bush wanted to make it big right off and start a war so that he'd be a shoe in for the next election and do what is father couldn't, get re-elected. If this meant killing a couple thousand, so be it. Secondly, he wanted to be famous. But, Bushy, you messed up. Because if you keep it up like this then you won't be President again because people are starting to see your true colors. We're not dumb Bush, just because you are doesn't mean little Joe-Tax-Payer is.
