OK, I should have used a different backdrop for the picture, but can you see how the end is away from the wiper? That's the problem.
I was quite the menace on the road with the car that way. No wonder people were swerving off the roads in front of me - they must have seen that the pad was out of the one bracket.
Now why couldn't they have just done that themselves, or asked me to do it, rather than failing me for inspection, and making me go through the whole process again?
Because they're the NJ MVC, and it's their job to ruin the day of any driving New Jersey citizen.
