The Sleeman Store was opened by John Drew Sleeman (1874-1926).  It was located at 299 Causeway Green, Oldbury, West Bromwich, England.  Up until about 1989 the store remained exactly the same, when it became a hair salon.

Pictured here are:  John Drew Sleeman (my great grand-uncle), Ada & Maude Cashmore, and the young boy is George Bridgwater.

My great-grandmother had this photo among her possessions, and until I located John Drew Sleeman's grandson, we never knew anything about this photo.
