Hey losers! Well, it has been a long time since anything has been done to the website, but I'm sure we'll get around to it sooner or later, hopefully. Some new things that have been happening...yes. First, we played the AOB and St Joes Battle of the Bands for both schools, but the placements weren't that great. At AOB we placed 4th, mainly because of my crappy-ass vocal job and the fact I was having an emo day, so I didn't put on my best performance. At Joes, we played the first day, but unfortunatly the microphone stopped working after the first band, so my vocals were not heard at all, no matter how loudly I sang or screamed. We kept playing anyways. It was a good show, and since we had decent judges (not like AOB) we placed 4th, because there were no vocals. It always seems like bands that we are all in, as side projects, do better than our own...I find it funny. I played in this Soulfly/Sepultura cover band as the drummer and we got third, by half a point >.> Stupid Lateslip. Death to shitty pop-punk. Anywho, just recently, we found a way to record out EP for free, and we've started tracking for it already. I finished the final lyrics for "Crawling Through My Mind" and we started working on it, first with the drum track, and then my bass, and guitars will be coming soon. Yeah, it doesn't seem very interesting, but I find it awesome. I was so stoked at how good the quality is and how well it is coming along. I predict we will have the EP/Demo finished soon, hopefully by the end of May/Early June. We're doing either, 5 or 6 songs, and the pressing of it will be done shortly after finishing the producing and mixing. W00t. More songs are on the way, since we've been working really hard at some new ones, and they are coming along well enough. Might actually have enough songs for a full length soon, but I doubt we'll do anything that big right now. I'd like to thank the Poitras family (Chris' family) for letting us jam in their basement, use their P.A., and putting up with our loud noise. They've been really supportive and I'm quite happy to have such support from them, since I don't get any from my parents. They just don't care about it...but, thats getting off topic. Hopefully soon we will have a finished site and a finished demo EP, and I can't wait to inform you all of what we're going to be up to. Remember, we have about 50 discs left to sell, so get contacting us and buying some, and don't wait for it to be finished, because we might just sell out before it's done, so reserve your copy now! Werd. So, take care and all, and I'll see you in the crowd. -Justin bass/singing/screaming/random stuff April 29, 2005, 1:38 P.M.
