~~ 4 MONTHS ~~

Olivia is such a delightfull little girl!
She has been smiling since 2 months, laughing
since 3 months and now she is
starting to grasping objects,
even attempting to hold her bottle! :)

She is still having a weak neck, but its improving!
We are still struggling to get her to drink more,
but she is getting big...already in 6 month clothes!

Her favorite thing right now is her musical
activity center, where she loves to watch the
glowing "piano keys" light up as the songs
are playing! She also loves smashing the toys, LOL...
Now she also follows objects quite clearly, like
when I take a plush toy or rattle and move it from
side to side, she will follow it and show interest!
Not bad for a baby who was born 6 wks early!!!!!

***5 MONTHS***

Olivia has discovered her toes!! LOL....
She also has begun to ROLL from back to tummy!!!!!
We tried veggies.....but so far she HATES THEM! LOL..
She is cooing alot more and
I'm working on her "MAMA" skills :)
She loves being put up in the air, LOL..
Smiles, laughs, plays peek-a-boo :)
Lastly, she has discovered TV and loves it! LOL...
Still having problems with the drinking :(
Only takes 2-3 oz every 2-3 hrs.

***7 MONTHS***
wow time flies!!!! :)
Olivia can now sit on her own but only for a little while,
she still needs assistance, but is getting there!
Her neck is about 90% unwobbly now, LOL!
She now attemps to walk on her head, LOL..
she is trying to push herself up but for some
reason uses her head instead of her arms!!!
She says MA MA, but not all the time...
but she does seem to say it while looking right at me!!! :)
She can also lift her arms up to be held,
but does not say UP yet, LOL...though I think she is trying! :)
She is holding her toys now, only one hand at a time though.
She's trying to hold her bottle but not yet mastering it! LOL
She is still having problems with digestion (milk/food),
praying and it gets better!

~~~ 9 MONTHS ~~~

My baby has had so many firsts in the last two weeks!!!
Olivia can now pull herself up to sitting position,
rather than use her head she pushes herself up LOL...
She has now got TWO TEETH out and 2-3 MORE COMMING!!!
She is also starting to hold her own bottle :)
And.........she is now pulling herself up to standing!!!!!!
AS OF OCT. 17/02.......She's CRAWLING now !!!! OMG!!!!!!
She is just so sweet crawling.. so tiny looking, LOL.
She just simply amazes me.....
I just cannot get over it, and all this while she is
suffering her 2nd bout with pneumonia :(
Her first bout being when she was born.
Still having digestion trouble too (same as before).
Will update you all on the pneumonia and digestion
troubles when I do the 9 month doctor update :)
Her appointment is on October 19th, so be on the
lookout for another update soon :)
Oh, and a milestone for me.....LOL...
I stopped breast-pumping at 8 months :)
She never latched on, so I persevered
and pumped for 8 months!!
With Danny I only pumped for 3 due to
lack of milk and he ate ALOT more, LOL...
