My little princess is getting so big!! She gained from her 6 pound, 4 ounce birth weight to 10 pounds, 3.5 ounces at 8 wks!!!!! She also grew from 20 inches at birth to 21 inches - which, surprizingly enough, is only in the 25% area on the growth chart! Her weight meanwhile is off the charts its so good!! :) Doctor Graves is going by her "adjusted age" of 3 wks, as she was 5 weeks early.
Dr. Graves checked Olivia and she is just perfect except her neck muscles are still not good, she still cannot hold her head up yet. So we are to work on that several times a day to get her neck strengthend by her 4 month checkup in May. She is better than she was at her last check up though (at 17 days).
Olivia had her 2 month vaccinations two days after her doctor's appointment at a local clinic. She was so peacefull and innocent, looking at me while I spoke to the nurse. Then the needle went in and she gave me this really sad look, like "what the heck is this!!!" and started to SCREAM~! Gosh I just about cried with her! LOL...she cried for all of 5 seconds though and after that was great! What a trooper! :)
So I am quite proud of my little princess!~ :)
