| This was the very first Dragon Warrior released. It was a great game in it's day and had a very long and challenging quest to play. While not comparable to today's games, it still has some replay value. |
| The short story of Dragon Warrior. Years before, a warrior named Erdrick used a ball of light to rid the land of Alefgard of all monsters. As the years passed, evil in the form of the Dragonlord reappeared and stole the ball of light, along with King Lorik's daughter, Gwaelin. The Dragonlord rained fire on Alefgard. Then, a stranger who claimed to be the decendent of Erdrick appeared before the King. He vowed to try and restore peace to the land that is Alefgard. |
