This is a picture of my little
boy, Gus
and his brother, Sam.
Gus is the POO.
Sam is my son.
We
found Gus through a breeder who had him returned
by his previous owners that had no time for him.
They kept him locked in the kitchen all
day! He wasn't even housebroken and he was
almost one. We spoke with the breeder and told
her of our lifestyle, and even though she was 7
hours away, and we felt it was just to far for us
to drive with a 3 year old, she offered to bring
him to us. Apparently she thought we were the
"perfect match" for Gus, as far as a
family is concerned.
Well,
we fell in love with him the minute we saw him,
and him with us as well... Now he is with us
everywhere we go (that allows dogs, of
course). He comes with me to my office, to
the park, and is always outside when we are
playing with the children in our
neighborhood. Now he is never home
alone for more than 3-4 hours a day and only on
the days I don't take him to my office and Sam is
in pre-school, which, I think he is all right
with. He sleeps at the top of the stairs and
waits for us to come home. He is totally house
broken. I trained him the first month he came
home to us.
Gus
is a typical Poo, lots of love and
affection. He loves to kiss and cuddle. He
also loves to chase our cat, Chloe'.
I call him my shadow. He just can't go
anywhere without his mommy.
