This is the same movelist as in my Gold/Silver FAQ, because there's no difference between moves in GS and Crystal. Every move in Crystal is listed here, in alphabetical order. They are listed as follows:

Q: So why'd you change the accuracies from (4.6) to (5)?

A: You know what happens when you assume things? Well, it's happened here. Evidence obtained from the ROM shows that the accuracy of attacks is actually 100%/95%/90% etc. down the line.
