6.11- Battle Tower

Located just off Route 40, the Battle Tower is an extra challenge for those who've beaten the unElite 4 and Red. Also, it should be a required stop for those looking to stock up on vitamins for happiness boosting or extra stat points.

The rules for Battle Tower:
-Enter with three Pokemon.
-You may challenge any level above the HIGHEST Pokemon in your party.
Confused? If the highest Pokemon in your party is L40, then you can challenge at L40 and up.
-You may challenge starting at L10, going up 10 levels at each level.
-Standard battling rules apply, with one exception: NO PACK ITEMS MAY BE USED. The only items allowed are the ones that you attach.
-Each challenge has 7 fights.
-If you win, you receive 5 of one of the permanent stat boosters: HP Up, Protein, Iron, Carbos, and Calcium.

Note that I'm only giving the Pokemon you're going to have to deal with, and my recommendations for each level. That's because there are 21 Pokemon in each level, but they are selected randomly by each of the 7 trainers (which are also random).

General hints:
~Skarmory is your best friend here. Its high Defense and Steel-type allow it to soak up Hyper Beams like you wouldn't believe.
~At low levels, go with Dragon Rage often. These Pokemon have near-maximum stats for the levels, and even a 4x-effective hit won't do as much as DR will. (Especially important at L10).
~You can't enter with Mewtwo/Mew/Lugia/Ho-oh/Celebi before L70, so don't bother trying.
~Eggs are absolutely ineligible.
~You get no level Experience for beating any of the Pokemon in the tower.
~One thing about these trainers is that they never switch. So moves that get better with time (such as Toxic) will do very well here.
~Item Clause is also active, so work your items carefully.
