ZESTY NEW POTATO SALAD
Serves 6
1 1/2 lbs. new potatoes, quartered (about 4 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light Dressing
1/4 cup finely sliced green onions
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. honey
Dash black pepper
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain and rinse with cold water until potatoes are cool.  Mix dressing, onions, mustard, honey and pepper in large bowl.  Add potatoes; mix lightly.  Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled.
