ZESTY ITALIAN ZITI
Yields 6-8 servings
1 lb. Italian sausage links, cut into 1/2-in. chunks
1 med. onion, cut into lengthwise strips
2 cans (14.5 oz.) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes in juice
1/4 cup Hunt's Tomato Paste
16 oz. ziti, cooked according to package directions and kept warm
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook sausage and onion over medium-high heat in large skillet until meat is no longer pink; drain.  Blend in tomatoes and paste; heat through.  Toss with pasta; top with cheese.
