YUMMY CHICKEN
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 cans whole potatoes drained well
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 bottle Italian fat free salad dressing
1 pkg. frozen vegetables (your choice and size)
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.  Place chicken in bottom of crockpot.  Add remaining ingredients.  Cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-6 hours.
