WALNUT MELTING MOMENTS
Yields about 2 dozen cookies
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup Argo or Kingsford's Corn Starch
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) Land O Lakes Butter, softened
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup finely chopped Diamond Walnuts
Combine flour, powdered sugar and corn starch in medium bowl.  Beat butter in large mixer bowl until smooth.  Add flour mixture and vanilla; beat until well blended.

Shape dough into 1-1/4 inch balls (chill dough if necessary for easier handling).  Roll in walnuts.  Place on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake in preheated 375 oven for 12-15 minutes or until set.  Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Chocolate Walnut Melting Moments:  Reduce flour to 1 cup.  Add 1/3 cup Nestle Toll House Baking Cocoa and 1/4 tsp. salt to flour mixture.  Shape into balls; bake as above.
