VENSION IN GRAVY
1 1/2 -2 lb. vension (boneless and cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)
1 soup can red wine
Place all the ingredients into a crockpot and cover.  Cook on Low heat all day; about 10 hours.  Remove lid and stir.  Thicken with cornstarch.  Serve over rice, egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

Note:  This is an easy meal and works great with round steak if vension is not available.
