VELVEETA SALSA MAN 'N CHEESE
Yields 6
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar (16 oz.) chunky salsa
1-3/4 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta Process Cheese Spread, cut up
Brown meat in large skillet; drain.  Add salsa and water.  Bring to boil.  Stir in macaroni. Reduce haet to medium-low heat; cover with tight-fitting lid.  Simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.  Add velveeta; stir until melted.
