VELVEETA HOT 'N CHEESY CRAB DIP
Yields about 2-1/2 cups
1 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1 can (6-1/2 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
Mix Velveeta, crabmeat, onions and bell peppers in large microwavable bowl.  Microwave on High 5 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 3 minutes.  Stir in sour cream and ground red pepper.  Serve hot with Wheat Thins Snack Crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
