UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA BAKE
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large egg
1 cup mik
1 cup biscuit mix (Bisquick)
Cook first 4 ingredients in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain.  Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and 2 tbsp. biscuit mix.  Pour into a greased 9-in. round cake pan.  Top with cheese.  Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.  Pour over cheese.  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
