TUNA CASSEROLE
2-4 cups egg noodles or pasta (partially cooked)
2 tbsp. onion, diced
1 can tuna fish, do not drain
1 can chicken broth
1 jar pimientos (small jar)
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup monterey jack cheese, cut into small cubes
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish.  Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.
