TUNA AND CHEESE CASSEROLE
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. butter or margarine
7 tbsp. cream of celery soup
2 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 cup tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup cooked rice
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350.  Cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown.  Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese.  Turn into a buttered, shallow 6-in. casserole for 20 minutes, or until heated through.  Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
