TEX-MEX FISH SKILLET
1 cup Taco Bell Home Originals Salsa
1 cup water
Frozen fish fillets (1 per person)
1-1/2 cups Minute Rice
Kraft Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
Mix 1 cup each Taco Bell Home Originals Salsa and water in skillet.  Bring to boil.  Add frozen fish fillets (1 per person), cover.  Gently simmer 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Stir in 1-1/2 cups Minute Rice and top with a couple handfuls of Kraft Mexican Style Shredded Cheese; cover.

Let stand 5 minutes until rice is tender.
