TEXAS BURGER
1-1/2 lb. ground  beef
3/4 cup of quick oats, uncooked
1 onion, chopped
1 cup picante sauce
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 tsp. chili powder
6 hamburger buns
Combine all the ingredients except the buns.  Shape into 6 patties.  Broil or grill (can be done on the stove) until done to desired doneness.
