| A faster way to toast nuts than in the oven is in the microwave. Simply spread a handful of nuts evenly in a single layer on a flat microwavable dish. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir nuts; continue cooking 1-2 minutes longer, until nuts are fragrant and toasted to taste. | |
