| 1 lb. ground beef 2 t bsp. taco seasoning 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained 4 drops of pepper sauce 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls or biscuits 1 cup refried beans 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese Lettuce, tomato, onion and sour cream for toppings |

| Brown the beef and drain well. Add taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce, chilies, and hot pepper sauce. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Lightly grease a 9-in. pie plate. Separate rolls or biscuits; arrange in pie plate (use as a crust). Press over the bottom and sides. Spread the beans over the dough, then top with meat mixture. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and place in oven until it melts. Serve with garnishing. | ||
