STUFFING
1 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
1 med. yellow onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 lb. Bass Farm sausage (sage or regular)
1 tsp. brown sugar
1-2 stalks celery
Saute onion, bell pepper, celery in butter.  Sit this aside in a bowl.  Brown sausage, drain as much grease as you can.  Cut up boiled turkey neck and gizzards.  Combine sauted vegetables, brown sausage and cut up turkey neck and gizzards into stuffing mix.  Pour giblet juice over this mixture.  (Can use chicken broth if you don't have giblet juice).  Bake 30-45 minutes.
