STREUSEL TOPPED CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE
1-1/4 cups cold milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Cheesecake Flavor Instant Pudding
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz.)
Streusel Topping (recipe follows)
Stir milk and pumpkin in large bowl until smooth.  Add pudding mixes and spice.  Beat with wire whisk until well blended.  Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping.  Spoon into crust.  Refrigerate 4 hours until set.  Sprinkle with Streusel Topping just before serving.

Streusel Topping:  Mix 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tbsp. butter in small microwavable bowl.  Microwave on High for 2-1/2 minutes or until bubbly; stirring once.  Cool.
