SPICY GARLIC GREEN BEANS
Yields about 4 servings
1 lb. fresh green beans, cut into 1-in. pieces
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4-1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. canola oil
In a large skillet, saute beans, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt in oil for 10-12 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
