SPICY CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
Yields 6 servings
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 large onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz.) can hot diced tomatoes and green chiles
4 skinned and boned cooked chicken breast halves, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preheat oven to 350.  Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.  Place spaghetti in a 13x9x2-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray.  Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add onion, and saute 3-5 minutes.  In a mxing bowl, combine cubed Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes with green chiles, chicken and cream of chicken soup; mix well.  Pour over top of spaghetti and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
