| In a skillet cook beef, onion, and celery until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain. In tomato sauce, oats, brown sugar, Worcestershire, chili powder, hot pepper sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp. salt, and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Simmer, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until mixture is of desired consistency. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the meat mixture into each bun. | ||||
