SKILLET BARBECUE CHICKEN & RICE
Yields 4
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 cups Kraft Barbecue Sauce
1 cup water
1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 cups Minute Original Rice, uncooked
Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.  Stir in barbecue sauce, water, corn and pepper; bring to boil.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.  Stir in rice; cover.  Remove from heat.  Let stand 5 minutes.
