SHRIMP SCAMPI
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. vegetable or canola oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dry white wine
Combine shrimp with remaining ingredients in a shallow bowl.  Marinate in the fridge for several hours.  Remove shrimp from marinade and place in a shallow baking pan.  Broil 8 inches from heat for 15-20 minutes, turning once.  Place in a serving bowl.  While shrimp is cooking, heat marinade.  Pour over shrimp, tossing to coat.
