SHOEPEG CORN CASSEROLE
1 can Shoepeg Corn (drained)
1 can cream of mushroom, celery or chicken soup
1 can french style green beans (drained)
1 cup diced celery
1 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
Mix all ingredients together (a large bowl is recommended).  Place in a casserole dish and bake on 350 for about 30 minutes.  I usually put a ritz cracker/butter topping and put back in oven until it's brown. Some people put diced onions in it.
