| 9 red potatoes 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup half and half 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg dash pepper 4 oz. butter paprika |

| Boil the red potatoes with the skins still on until tender. In saucepan, combine the milk, cream, cheddar cheese, mustard, salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the cheese has melted; do not boil. In a well greased 9 X 13 inch casserole dish, slice the potatoes then cover with the sauce. Dot the top with the butter and sprinkle with some paprika. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. | ||||||
